I like that Preston. Very nice shot but the top of the tall building would have been good. Still very cool shot

It's beautiful the way the light shines through the buildings but I agree with Peter, the image seems incomplete without the top of the main building.

Thanks for comments...I do have another photo that's showing the top (also without the flare)...let me know which one works better...

For me most definitely the second shot.
Not only is the main building complete but the image is balanced.
The first shot has the main building cutting the image in two and cropping the building into the bargain.

Thanks Cameron, I was quite undecided as I like the composition on the first shot, but I also don't like cutting the bulding and the flare. Your comment helps.
