View Full Version : Need ZoomBrowser EX - any version

I'm trying to recover from a PC crash and need to reinstall ZoomBrowser EX. I cannot find my installation disk, and all I can find on the Canon website is upgrades to ZoomBrowser. Can anyone tell me where I can get a copy of ZoomBrowser EX software on the Internet, hopefully for free since I've already spent a lot of $$$ to fix my PC. Much thanks!

How does he get the software? Doesn't seem like you get anything but lessons.

I have ZoomBrowser EX 5.5 disk which came together with my A610, I can burn for you if you want.

oops...sorry you appear to be correct...that link used to have a download button for ZB 2.xx..:o

I cannot understand why Canon does not make this software available for free download. It is basically a download and photo manager of which there are plenty of free alternatives. This type of request is a regular occurrence on this forum. EZZRIDER999 where are you located?

I lost my installation disc and later got a new computer. When I contacted Canon I was informed there were no free downloads of ZoomBrowser but that I could purchase the latest version. If anyone knows how to get a free download I would like to know about it.

Found this via a google search for Zoombrowser Ex - the original site is in German, I clicked on the English to get this link:

Nancy appreciate the help, the only problem is after it downloaded nothing happened. There was no desktop icon or anything, how do I get it to run? any help would be appreciated.

You have to install it. Find the file you downloaded and run the install program. Once you have it installed, you can go to the Canon website and download the latest version.
