I have an A520, and every picture I take is composed of lines, it only gets worse when I go lower in resolution and compression. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Also, I've tried a new memory card and batteries, which have made no difference. The horizontal lines do seem to go away on portrait and slow shutter mode. But on auto or any other the lines are always present.
