It's clearly overexposed but somehow I like it this way. What do you people think?

I like the effect, sort of a noised up sepia thing going on.
Two things I dont like, the bench is fantastic as a lead in but doesnt take me anywhere in the photo, which is a shame as the gnarly wood promises so much and its the first thing to grab your eye. Second thing is the branch loop u shape on the top left hand side, distracting. Perhaps the other side of the bench could offer something more?
Hope this helps

I like it as well Igor but for me it's a little flat and needs some more contrast.....I took the liberty of just adding a little, hope you don't mind (perhaps I destroyed the mood of your photo):

THis certainly has an artistic air to it.
But it is a bit busy and the many elements do not seem to be creating an unified message. But I appreciate that woods are full of woods!
That said, you are on the right track. Here you demonstrate a very personal approach to photography with a unique feel -- perhaps due in part to the busy elements.
I hope you can keep the feel in full color.
