Anyone have experience with the JTL LM-6 lightmeter? I was thinking of purchasing a Sekonic 358, but the price is a bit steep. Anyone have any reccomendations on a good light meter that can be had for less than 200 dollars?

I've never heard of it but I notice that their own website doesn't compare it to the Sekonic 358 but rather to the 328 and 308. The first couple of prices I came across were about the same as the 308 too so you might to compare it to that one instead.

The sekonic 308 flashmate II is a great meter. I have used one for about 6 or so years with no complains. They can be had for well under $200. I have no experience with the JTL meters.

Personally, I'd go with the Sekonic L-358. I have bought one locally (Australia) for a LOT more than you pay over in the US, and I *still* think it was a great deal! It is one of the best all-round light meters out there.
