You lighting is great. Where is the butterfly's abdomen? ;-) Very sharp and clear.

Thanks Dennis, in the first shot it is hidden in the wings, here is a different pose showing the Abdomen.

That is a pretty cool shot, I think the inclusion of both photos helps the viewer understand what they are looking at. That is a pretty big b--, I mean abdomen.

Great shot BE- lovely butterfly and composition= Like the proboscis and the eye detail.

Nice to be able to shoot those in the wild. The London Butterfly house has them - they are of the Heliconius family, that might be The Postman but their leaflet doesnt show underside coloration. If you have a full 'top' shot I might be able to confirm.

Thanks racketman, this the only shot I have that even shows a hint of the top side, hope it helps.
