Putting movies back using USB

I've got an A70 and trying to put movies back on using just USB. I don't have a card reader-writer.

Is it possible to put the movies back, i've only seen the "Upload images". Nothing to do with movies. But i figure if you can put pics back on to the camera you must be able to put movies back on somehow.

Any Ideas?

Yes, but they won't be viewable on your camera from what I've heard.
