Read Pekka's FAQ recommendation to using KPT Equalizer. Used to be available for about $30, but Metacreations sold their software business, and Equalizer is now owned by Corel that packages it with a bunch of other filters priced at $140.
Does anyone still carry the former unbundled version? Or, a package from someone else with the same function and performance but lower price?
