I've been waiting a long time to get D-SLR and now I've got one. After years of messing around with a progression of non-SLR cameras (Olympus, Kodak DC265, DC290, Canon G2). Problem is, although I've never been anything more than an ameteur photographer, I've forgotten lots of what I used to know about taking good pictures (learned on my father's old Miranda F).

One resource I'm looking for is a good website where you can upload pictures for critique from other photographers. Can someone recommend a good one? I'm not sure this forum is it, since it would appear that the intent is to get an answers to a specific problems, like "why did the AF do this?".

Thanks!

Not at all twocoast,.. drop into the Criteque Corner,. and everyone will be glad to tell you what your doing wrong! :D :D

Really,.. there are some very knowledgable skilled and artisitic photographers who will take the time to steer you in the right direction,.. just browse the critiques and see for your self.

Ritzcamera.com also has a page for uploading your photos. It is called Big Print Galery. It has all levels of expertise.
