Hey!
Seeing that this is a CANON DIGITAL PHOTOGRAPHY FORUM I was just curious if anyone can help me get THE BEST out of my new SD400.
I had just recently purchased it and I noticed after I uploaded my pictures they came out REALLY BLURRY. What modes can I set my camera to get all 5.0 MEGAPIXELS on my pictures.
Let me know!

Causes for blurry pictures could be various.
To change resolution press the FUNC button in any mode, and take a look at the bottom of the menu.

the AiAF might be trying to focus on something you don't want it to focus on. Try turning custom mode on, and in the menu, disable AiAF. It should then be center-focused. Now try your pictures and let us know if that made a difference.

^Yeah!
That did make somewhat of an IMPROVEMENT. I also noticed when I was outside pictures came out much better than when I was inside. Maybe because I needed to mess with the cameras settings a bit more.
Here is a picture of a car I took while I was outside:

That's a nice shot. Was that with AiAF on or off? Cuz if it was with it on, that's really strange how it wouldn't focus on the background. The biggest reason for turning AiAF off is because it takes the camera forever to do the autofocusing thing as opposed to just center-focusing immediately. However, that can present a problem if you're trying to take a landscape shot or simply focus on everything in the pic. My SD400 has treated me great so far, and hopefully my Rebel XT I just ordered will get me going into some real photography.

^I believe it was with AiAF ON.
And I blurred the sky on PHOTOSHOP. ;)
Think you can show me some shots you took with your SD400?
