SD450 Problems- U.S. version

Rec'd new camera today and either I am rather dim with the instruction book or there is an issue with the camera. Either way, I appreciate the assistance.

When I power up and press the center function button, I am missing scene modes and stiching options on the bottom row of selections. I also cannot activate the time stamp feature on the menu and I cannot activate infinity mode, also the screen is pretty grainy (might be normal). I did not install the enxlosed software because I use Picasa and transmit directly through the USB card.

Greetings- sounds like your camera is Auto mode. In Auto you don't have all the options in your function menu. Switch the mode to camera manual and you will have all of those functions. In order to use the timestamp feature, the camera must be in postcard mode in your resolution/quality settings.
