Has anyone here used both the older version and the latest version. I would like to get one and wonder if you notice any difference. As far as I know the only difference is the added seals in the newest version. Would you still recomend the older version? What is the going rate for the older version?

Optically the two versions of 1.4x are IDENTICAL, but the 1.4x-II does have some better antireflective treatment of non-glass surfaces, in addition to the seals.
