must you sharpen each photo in PS for best results ?
or dose the software sharpen auto maticly as you down load in jpeg or RAW formant. still trying o get a sharp image

The embedded JPEG is sharpened based on the parameter setting you have selected. It can range from no sharpen to high sharpening.

Generally, the RAW conversion software also permits you to select a sharpening level when converting to the RAW file.

Sharpening in Photoshop offers the greatest control.
