Hello,
I tried a G3 camera and had some problems focusing.
I am used to a 35mm Nikon SLR, where by pressing the button halfway down (in single focus), focus will be kept and I am able to put the subject "off-center".
With the G3, if I pressed the button halfway down the image in the LCD would freeze for a long time, making impossible to see what I was shooting.
Using continuous focusing I couldn't focus the "off-centered" subject.
Is this normal or is there a problem with the camera I tried?
