Frank's '61 Chevy PickUp has a bored & stroked 454cid engine. It has a roller cam, 4-speed Hurst transmission, & a 60 Dana 4.11 rear end. He's had it for 3 years.

that's a really nice pickup
I love them as well as the other models
the pickup is a lovely colour and the pictures look good
what happens with those :confused:things on the bonnet
do they slide in and down when driving ?
:shock:
and I love art
especially the unexpected sort,
very good
it's like a special trophy with an added dimension
(the photographer's indelible 'features' there forever)
:lol::lol::lol:
crawling away , like I didn't ask the question about those 'things'
:lol::lol::lol:

:shock::D
just passed a huge shiny Chevy pick up truck on the road here
near the house :shock:
New Jersey on the licence plate :shock:
I mean, how did it fly over :shock:
:shock: beautiful sight to see on a cold wet windy dark evening
massive and chunky, drove into a housing estate
(my wide open eyes (and mouth) :lol:followed it until it went out of sight)
:cool::)

Love the "Arty" pic. Good shadows without loss of detail and not too many hot spots which is always a problem with chrome.
I always struggle when I am in a parking lot car show with the background (like the Caddy and the caution tape in the first picture) and I end up shooting a bunch of artsy pictures instead. My friends joke that I should by a wide angle lens...

what happens with those things on the bonnet
do they slide in and down when driving ? The two "cuisinarts"? :D massive and chunky, drove into a housing estate
(my wide open eyes (and mouth) followed it until it went out of sight) Did it sound good, Marie? ...looks like a real gas saver too....lol
One of my customers has a restored 69 ss 396 for sale ...I want it ... I'd guess around 10mpg. ;) That Malibu was a top rated car in a recent TV special. How much does he want for it? By the way, where at in S.E. Michigan? Troy. I've been, but don't care much for the shows. Terrible lighting, downtown parking, crowds... Have you seen this thread? Detroit Auto Show anyone? Thank's for the comments, everyone!

:D Did it sound good, Marie?
so good it had to be from the U.S Frank
:lol:
thought it a coincidence especially as you had just shown the pick up here
this one was bigger , as far as I could tell
it must have cost a fortune to get it over
if I see it again I will stop it and ask whoever....are they living here:confused:
but not before I get a shot of (or at) it
:lol:
