We went visiting a wildfowl sanctuary today and I had decided to shoot RAW with Jpeg so I could view the jpg's on my PDA. After several months using the camera things are coming together. These are the JPEG's straight from the camera with only resizing and resolution changes for posting purposes. Finally getting to grips with sharp focussing and DOF.
The smaller sized images don't really do them justice

The sun was beginning to go down which gave this image it's colour cast. The small jpeg doesn't show the water droplets on the head like the full image does.

This guy just wouldn't keep still. I took about a dozen shots before one came out that was reasonably sharp.
