I love no.2
No.1 I would have knelt down to take. The wreath has clipped the top of the tree. Still a very nice frame.

I like the 2nd one, too. Not an exciting composition, but I like the technical aspect of it in terms of the night shot, i.e. low noise.
Is Photoshop considered superior to Fireworks for image editing, that is, does one have more 'horsepower' over the other?

May I ask which setting did you use on these shots. Manual or Auto? I can’t seem to do a decent night shot with my A620, but yours are great.

May I ask which setting did you use on these shots. Manual or Auto? I can’t seem to do a decent night shot with my A620, but yours are great.
sorry for the long delay... was away for a few days.
I just played around with exposure length and compensation. The bottom two were with between 7 and 15 second exposures.
I also used a tripod, the slight tilt is probably due to an unextended leg or something.
