I'm reading a bunch of threads with people referring to a "hacked 300d" What does the hack do for my camera, and how do I do it?

Its a firmware update to get some hidden features activated. Its a godsend to those who need the incremental features. Tons of stuff on the web and on this forum - search for drebel hack or Undutchables or Wasia.
