When you come, also look into visiting Parrot Jungle and Metro Zoo both in Miami. I've been to both (but not since I got my DSLR). They're both wonderful places to photograph wildlife. I'll be heading back there soon.

Thanks to everyone else for your very kind words. :D

Thank you, I enjoyed your photos. I am new to this site. I have a lot. I mean a lot of photos of The Tacoma Narrows Bridge. Bridge 3 is in construction. Of course bridge #1 is long gone. It colapsed in 1940.

But, My photos are mostly 6.2 megs. If I were to shrink my image down. Would I also decrese the number of megs. I have a dial-up connection and up-loading is so time consuming. I know I can do it and have done it. But, never checked the pixcal count. Damn I just used two buts.:o ;)

Thanks for your comments Transportithere. If you have PhotoShop or PhotoShop Elements, just resize the image to no larger than 800 pixels on the widest side and then go to "Save For Web". There you can move the quality slider until you get as close to 100K without going over. 100K should not take too long to upload, even with dial-up.
