This is not my work but I am REALLY impressed by the work/art this guy has done and thought it is something everyone here can draw from. I would bet each of us can gain a least one idea from his great work with people.

Both great links.
Nothing like seeing how much you still have to learn.
At least it gives us something to strive for.

I know that takes a lot of talent so compose those shots but what percentage of that is PS? So do you have to be really good at photoraphy or an expert at post processing? Those images are mind boggaling, I saved those sites as inspiration.

I agree there's post processing in a lot of the work like Salton Sea for example but I also notice he stays true to "his style" of work. I respect that because any of us can take a decent photo but if you are known for a style it becomes your calling card and keeps you busy with agencies that need something specific. I don't think a lot of Photoshop has gone into his Pacificare work though.
I had a friend from Los Angeles named Michael Farr that was known for his hand colored black and whites, very busy with work from lots of firms.

I just don't understand how some people are so good. It's like eveything they shot is magic.

This man puts the Pro in Professional, totally blown away by the quality of his work. I loved the Jack Daniels ones, so much character captured in those shots.

I am sure this man has worked long and hard to get this good, but talent like this is always something from inside and this chap appears to have the gift.

Thanks for Sharing.
