I had a situation that some photos I recently took and edited have edges that appear jagged on the computer but print fine. Also notice that patterns (such as stripes) on clothing is distored on the screen, but again prints fine.
Taking it one step further I noticed if I resize (even to the same orignial size and resave) it appears OK even on the screen.
Just by chance all were taken with a flash.

Its probably a matter of the photo application resizing the original image to fit the screen. In that case this will happen. Reduce the image to around 800x533 and then view as full pixels ... image should be nice and smooth.

what you are seeing is that there's more information in that file than your monitor can display. If you view the file at 100% it will go away. This is perfictly normal, and there's no way to fix it at the moment.

It is likely due to the magnification level you are viewing the image at. In PS, if you are not viewing at a multiple of 25% the view is an interpolation of the actual image. 25%, 50%, 100% should look fine. 16%, 33% 67% will look not so fine.

Bill is right on the money here. When sharpening, be sure you are at 25 or 50 to check results. Otherwise the effects may not be visible.

How do you like this software? Do you see advantage of using it over doing eveything in MSDIS2006 or PSE?
What are the differences from the Free Download
Thanks
