I'm new to taken Pictures, so I would like for some advice on how good this is

1) I like the picture. Technically I think it's very nice. Her expression looks natural and relaxed. The lighting is nice and even.
2) I love cleavage, but I think in this case it distracts from her beautiful smile. I'd like to see it cropped just below her necklace.
3) I'd love to see it in color.
4) Please, loose the big beige frame. It's an annoyance, forcing viewers to scroll to the right to see the image. Try to keep posted images down to 800 pixels on the longest side.

I like it!
That one is suffering from some brutal JPEG compression. You're allowed up to 100kb and that one is compressed down to around 36kb so there's room to save it at a little higher quality. When I post here, I often resize down to around 600 pixels wide, then I don't have to compress so much. Or you could upload to an image sharing site and link to the images here. That way you don't have the 100kb limit.
