Interesting shot Bill, I can see Indian River Inlet from there :)
Again, try using infinity for shots like these.

Infinity is the maximum focal distance on a lens.

The horizon tilts a little to the left.

I would also try the horizon in one of the third locations. Either the top or the bottom. I played with the cropping and to my eye getting rid of some of the beach and putting the horizon at the bottom third really let the magnificent blue sky come out.

A few suggestions on some things to try. After seeing the picture I definetly would not mind riding that ferris wheel.
