Just converting some old raw files and found this one of Corrour Lodge along side Loch Ossian (West Highlands)

Well,my first thought is,what about loch Ossian,is it worth a visit?
The place from your picture looks very tranquil.

Loch Ossian is Certainly worth a visit. Its a stunning place !!

Loch Ossian is Certainly worth a visit. Its a stunning place !!

John , i could only load 1 & 4 not the others (could be my connection) but from what i saw the loch looks superb,i`m deffenetly going there next summer.
Winter times by train are a bit...you know.;)
Tell me something,where is the best place to get the train from?(going from locl Lomond way).
And BTW , your pictures are stunning.;):D

Thanks for the kind comments Dimitri. Fotopic has a habit of crashing out at least once a day, a bit of a pain to say the least:mad:
I think the nearest station is Balloch and then you would have to change at Dumbarton Central for a Corrour train. Your probably best going by train in the winter as the trains get rather busy in the summer with tourists and its a long way to stand to Corrour :D
All this talk of the Highlands is making me want to go up there again.Think I'm going to have to take some hol ;)

I like the way the houses are framed by trees and the trees framed by the hill. Good composition.
