This is the photo I've ever posted anywhere,so if it dont turn out right,thats why.

New to being a pet Papa,and I dont have very much experiance photographing animals.
I started feeding this stray cat and it had kittens almost 4 weeks ago.(Kittens not product from feeding.)
I'll try to do better,but I got these the other day.

Alittle blurry,but they move sooo fast.

I've had many cats fixed and none have ever come home with that on.The Vet suggested Ping should have one to prevent licking the stitches. When we've taken it off her, she tried to lick/bite the stitches, but I guess it depends on the cat whether or not you need a cone (as well as the Vet, I suppose). But once the Vet says Ping has fully recovered, and has removed the stitches, she'll be able to lick all she wants.

Daisy came to the shelter with her sister Sunshine, after their elderly owner became sick and fell into a coma (unlikely to recover) no one really knows how long they were left alone, but we assume they may have been forgotten about for some time as both cats were underweight and sad looking. They were 6 years old and extremely friendly.

Unfortunately sunshine kept loosing weight and refused to eat, force feeding was even unsuccessful and she lost weight really fast, a trip to the vet two weeks after arrive at the shelter revealed she had was dying most likely from cancer and her body was shutting down. she was so light weight when curled up on my lap it was hard to feel that she was there :(. Sunshine was put to sleep last Tuesday.

On a happier note her sister Daisy is putting on weight and is a very friendly loving cat, so hopefully will find a new home.

I love this thread so much, after posting the shelter cats previously I think its time for my pear shaped cat mellow-high iso so a touch noisy, with the nifty fifty and my 30d (im still learning)

I love this thread so much, after posting the shelter cats previously I think its time for my pear shaped cat mellow-high iso so a touch noisy, with the nifty fifty and my 30d (im still learning)

This Simon, a stray my husband and I took in many moons ago. He is not around anymore, and I miss him terribly. It's not a great photo...sorry. I took it with a Yashica FXD...my 35mm, about 9 years ago. You cannot tell because of his handy black patch, but he is missing his left eye. RIP, Simon.

Our cat is just as much dog, as he is cat. He actually barks at us at times, as well as has learned to beg for scraps of food. I know, that one is my fault for feeding him from the table.

i really like this one - its not terribly sharp and has an odd pink tinge to it but i think this adds to the shot, gives it a crossprocessed look to it and the cat's expression & raised paw is just right - ive seen that a lot with my collection when they are playing with stuff and chewing it
