"ZoomBrowser EX" Question

I can't open the "Photo on Camera" window when I run the "Zoombrowser EX". If I click the "Import Images" or "Canon Camera" button, the light on the camera sparks three times, but "Photo on Camera" window couldn't be opened. I uninstalled the software and reinstalled it, it still as of old. BTW, it can works in "PhotoShop LE", but the photo's data has lost.

Who has met the problem please and give me a answer. I'm in GuangZhou ,China. Thanks a lot for the help in advance.

Verify USB drivers on your computer, upgrade if out of date.

Make sure communication settings (in ZoomBrowser) are correct.

I assume your battery is charged or you powered the camera from DC source...
