he 10D manual indicates that the red-eye reduction lamp goes off after about 1.5 seconds. On my new 10D, the lamp dims after 1.5 seconds but doesn't go out completely. On my G3, the lamp stays on as long as the shutter button is held half way down (which makes sense). Has anyone else noticed this or do I have a problem.
