Since you can't see anyones face would this be possible to sell without a release. Would I have to get rid of the names? Just wondering since I have had a great response with this pic.

Being that you cant see their faces and they are in a public place I would think you can.

Being they are firemen, and have their names on their coats, absolutely NOT! Remove their names and then yes, but IMO it'd be better to contact the station where they work and see what they think. Offer them a free print. You have to be careful post 9|11 and especially with firemen.

I already gave every station that reported to the fire a disc of around 70 PP pics I took there to use however they wish.

Then get these guys to sign a release and then there's no questions. As it is, to sell this for profit, other than to a news-related publication, you will need a release or to edit out their names off their jackets.
