In promptu studio shoot

My fiance's Cousin came over with her girls and I was asked to take a few quick pictures of them. The first is my fiance and the two girls, the second is just the newest addition to the family.

Keep in mind these are my first photos with my new strobes, other than using figurines etc. I havent cropped or touched up other than adjusted the hue for my finaces skin tone (was too pink).

Your main light seems just a little hot in the first shot. You can see it in the right side of the baby's face and also in the lost details of her outfit. I have the same problem all of the time. The second shot is great!! Well done overall.

I agree with main light being too hot, this is the first time I have gotten to really use the set up, lots more to learn to say the least.

Here is another of the 6 month old that I did some PS with to clean up the background.
