I've read through all the dislikes of zoombrowser here but have not seen much on breezebrowser.
Which is the better product for handling of RAW. Is this thing as good as it's website says. Seems to have some advantages over zoom.
Any experience on here as to preferences.

Suggest you download BreezeBrowser... it's free to try. If you want the full capability (more than 12 files) you can register it for around $45.
BreezeBrowser doesn't use a database structure so is much more stable than ZoomBrowser.
Following these threads will show that a lot of folks are having problems with ZoomBrowser. I used it for a year or so before I finally gave up and switched to BreezeBrowser. I download my pictures using a card reader so don't even use the Breeze Downloader.

ZoomBrowser/FVU made my Raw pictures of a professional basketball game shot at Iso 800 with a 10D and 70-200/2.8L look terrible- grainy and soft which could not be fixed in Photoshop or with CSPro. I redid them in BreezeBrowser and they were perfect. I don't understand why Canon software for Raw conversion works so poorly at high Iso's. It does OK at lower Iso's
