This is a shot of what is called Newspaper Rock. It is a place many Indians, over many thousands of years left their mark and or story. I think the images they created to be most wonderful and I love to hunt and photograph them. This is one of my many weaknesses . . .

Thanks for posting, Rod. There is a place in Canyonlands NP, south of Moab that has a Newspaper Rock with lots of petroglyphs. I don't think it is the same place as yours, though.

If the ancient newspaper is anything like our newspaper... does it have a sports section?
