Keep infants and toddlers in appropriate safety restraints. Protect your baby.
(PS: Mods I had no idea where to really put this.)

I put it in there cuz I was seriously gonna travel like that...but then I considered the flash might snap off if it smacked the back of the seat, so I took it off. It narrows down so much I don't consider it to be that durable.

I find this funny, but I do run a seat belt through my gear bag when on the road.

I run the bag's strap around the headrest. Passengers, if any, sit in the back.

Good idea. I usually lay all my gear lose, waiting for the accident to happen. Then I can get some replaced gear for free.

The free gear is great.... Having it surgically removed from your cranium is the bit that may not be so pleasant! ;)

My gear usually travels in the trunk, inside the cargo net.

reminds me of that episode of King of the Hill when Hank made his kid sit in the middle so if they got in an accident his guitar would be protected by the airbag.

Haha, it was a joke on my part. My gear is in my bag, mostly wedged between the seats in the back, so it can't move about. :)

:) :) but think of the macro possibilities that could follow!
It's only a matter of time till some forum member does away with the complete car, and just puts a set of wheels and a seat on the camera!

good to see you look after your gear.
my GF gave me the evils when I told her the camera belongs in the front seat and not the back. :)
