RIP, as in Raster Image Processing? That's color not black & white.

I was talking about thisQuad Tone Rip is a versatile software package that offers a simple turnkey method of printing black & white images on a variety of inkjet printers. It is both easy to use for a novice user who is just starting to print digital B&W photographs and yet powerful enough for the advanced user who wishes to customize, calibrate and profile their entire workflow.
I saw this and their website did not list the rx 600 .I wondered if anybody knew of something similiar or how the rx 600 could print b&w thanks

Yeah, this is a little different. What that does is basically give you 4 shades of black installed in to a 4 ink tank type printer. Don't know anything about the RX600, but I used to use my Epson 900 for that.
Its a BEAST to profile for... What it does is uses the RIP engine to place those shades, using the flow channels of C-Y-M-K. To profile you would need CYMK profilers. That is fun!
