Having never watermarked images before, can anyone please tell me the easiest way to do this in CS2?

Having never watermarked images before, can anyone please tell me the easiest way to do this in CS2?

1. Choose your logo...

2. Place as the top layer in Photoshop

3. Change the opacity, which is in the upper right corner where your layers are, to 15% or whatever looks good..
