View Full Version : Breezebrowser downloader problem?

Making a first attempt at downloading RAW files from my 10D using the downloader from BreezeBrowser when, even though it detects the port type and camera model correctly, simply keeps saying 'unable to connect to camera'., which is switched on by the way.
Can anybody help please?

If you are using the free Downloader 1.5, it doesn't support the direct download from the 10D. You must use a card reader.

Downloader Pro (27ish bucks) has 10D support. It has some very nice features, so you might want to consider that.
