I purchased a Sigma 17-35mm Lens from Delta in early October. Since it was a birthday gift for me, I was unable to open it (per the wife) until this past Tuesday. After taking about 100 shots to test it, it was clear that it produced fuzzy unfocused images at anything beyond about 6 feet. Since I exceed the 30-day return limit, I anticipated problems with Delta. On the contrary; Sara Anderson was a delight to deal with and authorized the return immediately. On the spot, I ordered the Canon 17-35mm L f/2.8 as a replacement and she offered to ship it to me overnight for only $10 (versus the normal $40) as a courtesy. Can't get much better than that! Just thought people should know about such a top-flight company that treats its customers with real class. Enough said.
