Looking for books specifically on Macro and Photojournalism (esp Sports)

Looked through the sticky at the top and didn't see any specialized books on Macro, Photojournalism with a speciality in Sports, or anything about stock photography (mainly about how to find and apply to stock agencies).

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I own a couple Macro books, one by John Shaw (Closeups in Nature) which is excellent but old & outdated, and should not be purchased IMHO. The other is "Complete Guide to Close Up & Macro Photography" by Paul Harcourt Davies, and is OK. I found him to be a bit too opinionated to put much faith in.
