The exprssion and pose look very natural. She's very pretty.

A little fill flash would have probably helped, at least it would create catchlights in her eyes.

The way it's composed with the bottom of the frame right across her breasts tends to draw my attention down there, and since she's your daughter, I'm guessing that's NOT what you want me to be looking at. ;) I think it would be better cropped just above where her cleavage starts. That would also eliminate the most visible bra lines in her shirt.

It looks a bit soft, probably due mostly to resizing and compression. Sharpening after resizing can really improve screen-sized images.
