Problems uploading

Anybody else having problems?
I have a broad (well , wider than narrow anyway) band 256k/64k
ISP account. It does seem to be going slow lately.
But when I am uploading pics to this forum (always under 100kb)
I am now averaging about 6 attempts to upload each pic.
The upload window just times out and then I have to try again.

Just want some feedback before I complain to them.

It should work on a modem. Try with IE and firefox, if both fail ask them about it.
