Hi,

I'm new to this site and I have a a few questions...any help would be appreciated...I have (what I think) are nice pictures taken with an old Olympus dig. cam. with only 2 megapixels.... Will I be able to post a decent picture quality with only 2 mpix? Also, How can I resize these pictures and keep quality(as quality goes for a low pixel camera) to post? I have Paint Shop Pro 8.....

Thanks for any ideas

Resize the picture, and it will automatically resize file size. I doubt a 2mp camera will have very large sizes anyways. I'd love to see some of your pictures.

I'm guessing your pix are something like 1300 by 700 pixels?
That will be OK to post here (or anywere on the web) because it'll still be close to filling most computer screens (my 19" screen is 1280 by 1024 pixels)
But the biggest photo-quality print you can make will be only be about 5" by 3".
To resize in PSP8, go Image - Resize and then make sure you've ticked "resample using Smart Size". Depending on the pic, it'll work OK up to around 150%. Much above that I find the "invented" (interpolated) pixels don't add much to the pic.
Remember not to do any sharpening until you've got to the final size you want.
