Hi,
Could someone advise as to how to post a photo within these messages? Someone said (on another thread) to point to a URL web site where an image (jpg) is located...I thought that would give the need to click on it to see the image...
Would apprec. any info.
Raja
p.s. sorry if this has been discussed on this forum before.

As far as i know its just
(img) http:// URL where your pic is hosted (/img)

replace the () with [] and with out the spaces :)

You are thinking of a regular link to another site. If you put the URL where the photo is located within the "(img)" and "(/img)", then the image will appear embedded within the message. Otherwise, it's just a plain link to another URL. As mullo reminds, replace the parenthesi "( )" with brackets "[ ]".

Thanks, Mullo and Karl,
As soon as I upload a good picture yet with a reasonable file size (currently all my photos were taken with a 4MP resolution so the file size is large) I'll give it a shot.
Also, I checked the help section and it says to use angle brackets for the part. Whether a round bracket sign will be acceptable, I don't know, but I think I'll stay with the angle bracket.
