Interesting area to pursue - what would be the result of a photo taken solely in the midnight hour with just TV light for lighting?

Maybe this pic needs a TV blurred in the backgrd to emphasise the lifestyle, and maybe a oldies favorite TV show.

hmmmm if you did a 20secs long exposure of the TV - colour TV - would it just end up as a soft white screen? Or blue? If I had some time...
