I am running windows on a pc...if anyone can help me out it would be much appreciated

there is 2 ways:
1. Use a photo hosting site like Photobucket.com and posting a link.
or
2. Click on the advance button and upload the picture using the upload manager. There is max requirement of 100KB and no bigger then 800ppi on the longest side.
