Great shot.

The amount of flash you used is good, but if you can get the flash off of the camera you will really like the result.

Also, a little more distance between Hugo and the background would generally be good, though in this case it is not a problem.

Yah I like it too... if you dont have an off shoe coord deeal for your flash, just bounce it against the ceiling, but yah, from the side would be nice.

I agree regarding the flash, used better it could seperate the baby from the background much better.
