need info on photo resize software

Which softare that can resize photo and retain the EXIF data?

I just took a snapshot (18MB file) and hit file/info in photoshop, and all the EXIF data was there, then i saved it as an .stn file (genuine fractals format), then reopened it, in photoshop, and enlarged it using GFP to a 26MB file (lossless quaility) then i saved the finished photo as a .jpg, then i reopened it again in photoshop to check if the EXIF data (file/info) was still there, and sure enough, it was. So for me Genuine Fractals Print Pro is what your looking for.

There might be other plug-ins for photoshop that work like that, if so let me know, and what your results are
