The bridge in the back ground is Interstate 90.
The blue water is the Columbia River, near Vantage, WA.
Therefore, the two intersect. I guess you could say they are perpendicular to one another.

Posing with the past. Early Americans left thier mark on the stone.
They didn't leave thier names.
