Well. Today was my first incursion into IR (infrared) world, finally! :).
After a couple of tests with handmade filters, with a Sony Digital Handycam, and with the S50, the first results are here. The Sony is excelent for IR (with or without NighShot enabled, NightShot was only needed in medium to low light pictures) but it's only 720x480 :(.
The S50 has much better resolution, but a very strong hot mirror, so only can take good pictures at sunlight, with long exposure shoots (15 secs at ISO 50), and the focus becomes a fine art :)
