Here's another bird i love to see :cool: .I dont see them that often, so to get a shot of him(yes he's a male one ;) )is a joy.

Glenn - The other day in the next door neighbours tree, there was five male ones and two female ones(the females are grey in colour).It must be "corting" time for the Bullfinch, all trying to get they're mate.

Oh and i'm further down than you(bristol area).

Great detail on these close-up Alan. This was another beautiful bird that I missed seeing during our trip to Yorkshire and N. Wales last August.

We have two male and to females in the garden every morning. They are very shy birds so good shots a rare.
