I like it. It's a tad dark and blue, don't know if that was your intention. I actually like the blueish tint but I'd like to see it a little lighter. I played with it briefly in photoshop and couldn't get it where I liked it though.

I like the water's silky appearance but I agree with jasenh7 - it's too dark and too blue. I also messed around with it and didn't care for my results. There is nothing outside of the water that is of interest for me and what is there looks too drab. This is just my personal opinion.

The shutter speed seems right but the white balace is waaaay off.

I like the water affect but the brush in the comp seems to distract not add. The blue tint would be more pleasing if it did not effect the plants.
