Star Filters for S2 IS?

will they work well? and what type of filters are better double coated or multi-coated?

Do you mean those special effects star filters?

I think you have option to make light sources in your photos look like 4,6 or 8 pointed stars. I've seen them advertised but have not used them, may get some in future.

I have a color aura filter which may be similar to star filter. You can rotate the filter to change the effects.

yeah pretty much. Got my Raynox 250 macro lens....went to test it out only to find my batteries are dead :(
